My journey began in 2023 at Destination Magazine, where the magic of caput and an old camera caught the eye of the managing director (Mohammed Al Mahdaly). What started as a hobby – evolved over two years into leading the video production and content creation department at Destination Magazine (2025).
I’ve gone from filming on my phone to directing, conceptualizing, producing, editing, and even color-grading every single project. It’s been a journey of countless hours of behind-the-scenes work, fuelled by YouTube tutorials.
You might question my “filmmaker” status because I basically make reels, but I’ve learned that stories are everywhere – big and small, personal and profound, heard and many unheard.
And I believe that the essence of filmmaking lies in the story itself. Whether it’s 9:16 or 16:9, the goal remains the same: to connect.
I aspire to redefine the standards of filmmaking, empowering creators to tell their stories authentically without feeling constrained by rigid rules. Art, in my opinion, knows no boundaries.
